Our Faith

Christianity is a way of life that strives to emulate the radical love of Jesus through connection with God, each other, and creation.

In particular we aim to express this through the Five Marks of Anglican Mission:

  • Awaken Vision: to help each other recognise grace, possibility and the Sacred in the world around us.

  • Grow Community: to deepen belonging, nurture hope and help people grow together across generations and differences.

  • Connect with Love: to build relationships that honour dignity, mutuality and belonging, responding to need with compassion, presence and practical care.

  • Practice Peace: to practise peace within our community life, challenge violence, injustice and oppression wherever they occur and work for healing in the wider world.

  • Cherish Creation: to delight in its beauty, recognise its vulnerability and act for its protection and renewal.

A peaceful community oasis tucked away from the bustling suburbs. The site hosts Holy Spirit church that seats up 300 people, Memorial Garden, Community Hall, Second Harvest bookshop, Meals on Wheels Kenmore and in 2026, Brisbane West Community Toy Library.

Good Shepherd

Good Shepherd church has a warm country feel that makes it a popular location for baptisms and weddings. Built in 1892, it can host up to 60 and shares the site with small community hall and memorial garden.
